The ēQATOR project was presented at the Annual Meeting on Reaction Engineering (REACT) 2023, which took place from 15 to 17 May 2023 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Enes Caliskan, PhD student at the University of Stuttgart, and Verena Schallhart, Teaching & Research Assistant at MCI, participated in the event organized by DECHEMA and introduced various attendees to the project.

The resistive heating with the ceramic monolith was an interesting highlight to the visitors of this engineering-focused annual meeting. Verena Schallhart, who works on the ceramic monoliths at MCI, provided valuable information on the subject and encouraged great discussions with the attendees. The other topics of discussions were the future plans for ēQATOR, the catalysts used, the operating conditions as well as the cooperating partners.
